Bridging the Gap - CME
Purpose:
The purpose of this activity is to provide education on identifying and treating patients with potential genetic cancer syndromes for the primary provider.
Instructions:
Please watch the video. You will be required to complete the post-test, commitment to change, and credit attestation to receive CME credit. A post-test score of 80% will be required to claim credit. This activity will be accessible until 6/23/2022.
